Negotiation & Contract
Contracts provide you with a timeline to obtain financing and inspect the physical condition of the property before committing to the deal. You’ll be fully informed of all your right and responsibilities before we procure a fully executed contract.
At this point, both you and the Seller have agreed to the price and terms and the property is effectively being held for you until closing.
We will have to perform our due diligence in a timely manner including, but not limited to, conducting an inspection, ordering the appraisal and reviewing the terms of financing with the lender.
This is the transfer of funds and ownership. A title company or an attorney will typically be selected to act as an independent third party to facilitate the closing successfully.
